The Trinity Tribe is a studio and lab redesigning how founders and small teams work alongside AI, so people carry less and stay in charge. We map how work runs, then redesign the workflows, knowledge and automation around it, and build what it needs: tools, websites or apps. Everything we make is sustainable by default and measured. This blog is where we show our working.

What you will find here

Three kinds of notes. Each one is tagged, so you can follow the kind you care about.

  • Process: how we work, from discovery to delivery.
  • Perspective: how we think, with opinion and critique on the ideas shaping our studio.
  • Sustainability: evidence-backed notes on lower-carbon, durable digital work.

How we write

We say what a thing costs, and how we measured it. When we do not know yet, we say that too. A green badge is not evidence, so we do not use one in its place.

How we work with AI

We use AI tools for research, outlines and first drafts. A person decides what each post argues, checks every fact, number and name against its source, and edits the text before it goes out. If AI changes anything after that check, the change is checked again. The person named on the post is responsible for it, and Adrianna reviews every post before it goes out.

Who writes here

Adrianna Mamczarz founded the studio and writes about systems, strategy and design. Daria Chodan contributes research and writing, including our series on what nature already knows about design. Pieces that carry the studio's shared view are signed The Trinity Tribe.
